Grapes are grown in clusters. It is one of the best low calorie daily snacks. It mainly improves brain power (increases blood flow in brain). There are two types of grapes white and black. They decrease weight of your body and also it protects your heart. It also acts as an Antioxidant. Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin B-6 are moderately present.It protects from radiation and also prevents skin cancer. It also fights against many diseases such as diabetes. As they are generally treated with sulfur dioxide and some other chemicals to retard spoiling, grapes may be a problem for sulphite sensitive people.
