Milk is very healthy for us. We should drink atleast glass of milk a day. Milk is highly rich in Calcium which make your bones stronger and healthier. It makes children grow height faster. It is produced from cows, buffaloes and goats. It also grows your muscles. It makes your teeth stronger. It decreases your stress. It lowers high blood pressure. If we drink low fat milk which is useful for weight loss.
